This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2" suction and 2" discharge ports, paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. It uses a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. The assembly includes a mechanical seal consisting of a Silicon Carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element, combined with a Viton elastomer. This configuration handles fluids at temperatures up to 300°F. The casing structure is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. It can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external support.
The pump uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor powered by 115/208-230/60/1. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
