This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a 6.15-inch stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation, as the pump is self-supported by the piping. The hydraulic assembly adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards and includes pressure tappings for differential readings. A Sealide C mechanical seal, consisting of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The design supports a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
