This close-coupled in-line pump uses a 7.9-inch diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing and bracket. It has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for flow stability and minimal system piping strain. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external bracing. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft paired with a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F, the pump construction meets standard hydraulic requirements for consistent pressure handling. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings during operation.
The unit uses a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
