This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports, paired with 2" flanges for direct system integration. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the hydraulic assembly. It includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal made of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations, with the casing including pressure tappings for differential measurements.
The system uses a 3/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM, enclosed in a TEFC housing, powered by 115/208-230V 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
