This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit uses a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while a stainless steel face plate completes the construction. The seal arrangement consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Built with a self-supporting design, the pump can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The hydraulic configuration complies with Hydraulic Institute standards and maintains structural integrity.
The pump is driven by a 2 HP, 3450 RPM, premium efficiency TEFC motor connected to a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
