This close-coupled in-line pump has a stainless steel casing and impeller with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The in-line configuration uses aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports, which reduces piping strain and permits both horizontal and vertical installation. It includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and maintains structural integrity within a 175 PSI operating limit. The assembly has companion flanges and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to manage fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
