This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping stress. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomer provides fluid containment for operating temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without additional external strapping, while integrated pressure tappings on the casing permit accurate differential readings. The construction complies with Hydraulic Institute standards, which maintains consistent hydraulic alignment during operation.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
