This NIBCO line of NE500 electric actuators is designed for quarter-turn applications, including ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves, dampers, vents and similar uses. The actuators are constructed for the entire mid-range of torques and operating speeds. A heater and thermostat are installed in all Series 500 units. Operating temperatures of the electric actuators range from -40°F to +140°F. Motor availability includes AC and DC voltages and are extended-duty cycle rated. For automated or computer-controlled flow control systems, NIBCO electric actuators offer exceptional convenience and flexibility. Ideal for applications where the valve is not readily accessible, the actuators provide a labor-saving alternative to manual flow control regulation. Please refer to NIBCO technical data sheets, valve selection guides and catalog for engineering and installation information. Engineered with a modular approach, NIBCO electric actuation systems offer the flexibility to actuate new valves or to retrofit existing valves with unprecedented ease. Electric actuation systems feature an ISO standard mounting design, assuring long-term industry acceptance. Choose NIBCO flow control products for the most specified, versatile and economical option in commercial and industrial applications. NIBCO actuation products are backed by the NIBCO limited warranty.
