This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the 7.9" diameter impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The mechanical seal assembly includes a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation, and includes integrated pressure tappings to permit differential pressure readings across the assembly. The structure complies with Hydraulic Institute standards and holds a rating for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor paired with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
