This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in piping systems. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron with a stainless steel face plate. This configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. It operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes pressure tappings for differential readings. The pump is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit includes a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
