This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned suction and discharge ports, each measuring 2 inches in diameter. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. This configuration handles fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The stainless steel shaft operates without a sleeve, while the mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The unit is self-supporting within the system piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The casing structure is built to Hydraulic Institute standards and includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit operates with a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure powered by 200V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
