This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, built to minimize system piping strain while supporting horizontal or vertical installation. The unit uses a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller and a casing constructed from stainless steel, which is also the material used for the shaft and impeller assembly. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the structure, which maintains stability at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic assembly includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, meeting NSF-61 requirements for water systems.
The assembly includes a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor compatible with a 115/208-230V/60/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
