This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for steady fluid flow while reducing piping stress. The casing uses cast iron with a 6.15" stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate, while a cast iron bracket supports the hydraulic assembly. This self-supporting unit can be installed horizontally or vertically without additional hardware. It meets Hydraulic Institute standards and handles system pressures up to 175 PSI, with a ceramic and carbon seal assembly featuring EPT rubber elastomers suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump has a 1.5 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM, equipped with a TEFC enclosure and configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
