This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid flow while reducing system piping strain. The unit includes a cast iron casing with a dynamically balanced 7.9-inch stainless steel impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze face plate. An internal seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and comes equipped with companion flanges. This self-supporting configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, and the structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit uses a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM in a TEFC enclosure with 115/208-230V 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
