This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The unit is built with a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. This hydraulic configuration includes a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller along with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Rated for temperatures up to 250°F, the pump construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards for a 175 PSI maximum operating pressure. This configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation, as the casing is self-supported by the system piping.
The pump uses a 2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM in a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
