This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The pump casing and bracket use cast iron construction, paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. A mechanical seal using a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomer is built into the assembly, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping layouts without the need for external strapping.
The system uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM motor within an ODP enclosure, powered by 200V/60Hz/3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
