This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket. A ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber form the seal, allowing for liquid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit has a 4.75" nominal impeller and can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations without requiring external supports. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity in systems rated up to 175 PSI.
The motor has 1/2 HP at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, and operates on 230/460V 3PH power, usable at 208V. This system includes a VFD with 110-120V 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
