This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.35" diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. The stainless steel shaft holds a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. Built to withstand fluid temperatures up to 250°F, the unit has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. This self-supporting, in-line configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external strapping. The hydraulic construction complies with Hydraulic Institute standards, while the sturdy casing structure remains rated for high-pressure operations.
The unit includes a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP premium efficiency motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
