This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections and uses stainless steel construction for the NSF61-compliant casing, impeller, and shaft. The assembly includes a 4.30" nominal diameter impeller paired with a cartridge bearing design that isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. For high-temperature applications, the pump is built with a mechanical seal comprising a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers rated for 250°F. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor to manage misalignment, while the assembly can be installed in heated or chilled water systems, zoning, or fresh water service.
The motor operates at 1/4 HP and 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115V 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
