This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. Its construction uses a 7.9" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the rotating assembly. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit sits in an in-line configuration and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Built with a 175 PSI pressure rating, the pump structure complies with Hydraulic Institute standards.
The unit includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
