This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports to maintain fluid flow while minimizing piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket for structural support. It includes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, this unit has a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter and adheres to NSF-61 requirements for water systems. The configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping, and its self-supporting design allows it to integrate directly into existing system piping.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
