This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. It uses a stainless steel shaft without a sleeve and a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F and pressures to 175 PSI. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The pump has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, operated by 230/460V 3PH power, paired with a 208-240V 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
