This close-coupled in-line pump includes a 2" suction and 2" discharge, with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. This configuration accommodates fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic assembly includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components for sealing integrity. The in-line design aligns the suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain, while the self-supporting casing allows for both horizontal and vertical installation. Integrated pressure tappings facilitate differential readings during operation.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
