This close-coupled in-line pump includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35" nominal stainless steel impeller and shaft. Its design offers aligned suction and discharge ports of 1 1/2" diameter, which reduce strain on the system piping while allowing for horizontal or vertical installation. The unit operates at temperatures up to 250°F and is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards. Internal sealing relies on a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber assembly. This configuration creates a self-supporting unit that can be installed without external strapping, resulting in a stable hydraulic path for the system.
The system has a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply, which is combined with a 380-480V 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
