This close-coupled in-line pump has suction and discharge ports of 1 1/2" diameter. The unit includes a 6.35" nominal stainless steel impeller housed within a stainless steel casing. A cast iron bracket supports the internal assembly, while a bronze wear ring maintains hydraulic clearance. The mechanical shaft seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber construction, allowing for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration uses aligned ports to reduce piping strain and permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump is equipped with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
