This NIBCO bronze ball valve with solder end connections provides bubble-tight shutoff at 600 psi. The valve's reinforced PTFE seat ring and brass hard chrome plated ball exhibit high chemical resistance properties, and is recommended for many high pressure applications. The valve is ideal for hot/cold water, numerous gas applications, compressed air, vacuum service, condenser and chilled water. The valve may be used for isolation and throttling (half open to full open only). This NIBCO bronze ball valve provides ease of operation with quarter-turn (90°) open to close. Options include NIB-SEAL insulated handle that eliminates condensate. The valve is ideal for commercial and light industrial process applications that may include HVAC, hot and cold domestic water, low pressure steam and hot water heating service.
