This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.90" nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the support bracket is cast iron. This configuration complies with NSF-61 standards for fresh water service. The unit includes a cartridge bearing assembly that isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures, combined with a mechanical seal consisting of a carbon rotor, ceramic seat, and EPT rubber. This assembly is rated for operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
The motor is 1/2 HP running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure with 115/230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
