This close-coupled in-line pump has suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain while facilitating smooth fluid flow. Built with a cast iron casing and bracket, the assembly includes a 304 stainless steel impeller along with a bronze face plate. The hydraulic section handles temperatures up to 250°F and is equipped with a ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal with EPT rubber components. This self-supporting, in-line design permits both vertical and horizontal installation without external bracing. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the sturdy structure supports differential pressure readings via integrated tappings on the casing.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
