This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The unit is built with a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while the seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The 4.75" nominal diameter impeller handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without the need for external strapping. The hydraulic assembly has integrated pressure tappings to allow for differential readings during operation.
This unit uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
