This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow and reduced piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the rotating elements. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit eliminates the need for external strapping, as the system piping provides the necessary structural support during operation.
The pump operates with a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
