This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid flow and reduce piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes a ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal with EPT rubber to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.15" nominal impeller diameter promotes consistent operation within the self-supporting configuration, which allows for either horizontal or vertical installation. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. The structure includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, allowing for precise system monitoring during standard operation.
The system uses a 1 HP 1750 RPM TEFC motor compatible with 230/460V 3PH power, paired with a VFD rated for 380-480V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
