This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The hydraulic assembly has a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter made of stainless steel, combined with a cast iron casing and bracket. A stainless steel shaft connects the rotating parts. The mechanical seal assembly includes a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, supporting a maximum temperature of 250°F. The casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and handles 175 PSI. This configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation, allowing for self-supported mounting within the system piping.
The motor has 3 HP at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, using 230/460V 3PH power and an integrated VFD for 380-480V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
