This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned within a cast iron casing to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel shaft. It can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and is self-supporting within the system piping. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle temperatures up to 250°F. The construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP, 230/460V, 3PH unit. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
