This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line casing configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports, built to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 7.9" diameter stainless steel impeller and shaft. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber manages fluid containment. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and temperatures reaching 250°F. The self-supporting structure allows for either horizontal or vertical installation.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor with a 208-230/460V 3PH power supply, controlled by an integrated 208-240V 3PH variable frequency drive. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
