This close-coupled in-line pump features aligned 2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation within existing piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal stainless steel impeller and shaft paired with a cast iron casing and bracket for structural rigidity. Fluid sealing relies on a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of maintaining integrity in systems up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings, enabling differential readings across the assembly. This configuration minimizes the footprint of the unit while allowing it to remain self-supported by the system piping.
This unit uses a 3 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by a 208-230/460V 3PH supply, along with a VFD for 380-480V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
