This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.30" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. It includes a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly equipped with a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve to isolate internal bearings from high system fluid temperatures. For fluid containment, the unit uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for applications up to 250°F. The hydraulically balanced impeller and flexible rubber drive coupling work together to maintain operation and absorb shaft misalignment.
The 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM open-drip proof motor operates on a 115V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
