This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller. A bronze face plate accompanies the bracket assembly to maintain structural integrity. This configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation while remaining self-supported by system piping. The seal assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter moves fluid through the system, while integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings.
The unit includes a 3/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
