This close-coupled in-line pump features aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports to reduce piping strain. The assembly uses a 4.75" diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing, while the support structure consists of a cast iron bracket with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber rated for 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, this self-supporting unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation. It comes equipped with companion flanges for system integration. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, powered by 115/208-230/60/1V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
