This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain steady fluid flow. The casing, impeller, and shaft share a stainless steel construction, while the assembly includes a cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate. Built with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter, the unit functions at temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and the assembly meets NSF-61 standards for potable water applications. This self-supporting unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations directly within the system piping.
The unit has a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
