This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports to maintain fluid flow. The assembly uses a 7.9-inch diameter stainless steel impeller, a cast iron casing and bracket, and a bronze face plate. It functions with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal, and is rated for operation up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal mounting directly into the system piping. The unit is built with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, providing the structural integrity necessary for fluid transport within hydronic loops.
The pump operates on a 1 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by a 208-230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
