This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports to maintain flow while reducing piping strain. The unit includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35-inch stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber manages shaft containment. The in-line configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation, supported by the system piping without requiring external structural bracing. Integrated pressure tappings are included for differential readings during operation.
The motor has a 1/3 HP output, 1750 RPM operating speed, TEFC enclosure, and a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
