This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections combined with a 5.65" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. For fluid containment, a mechanical seal includes a carbon rotor and ceramic seat paired with EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly uses a replaceable cartridge bearing design to isolate the bearings from system fluid temperatures. To manage alignment, the motor is paired with the pump using a flexible rubber drive coupling.
The pump is built with a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM standard efficiency, open-drip proof (ODP) motor that operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
