This close-coupled in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, paired with a stainless steel impeller for fluid management. The casing has aligned 2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain, while the 7.9" nominal impeller diameter moves fluid efficiently. The unit includes companion flanges for connection to the piping and uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed horizontally or vertically without external bracing, satisfying Hydraulic Institute standards for fluid-handling equipment.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM unit with an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
