This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid flow while reducing system piping strain. The assembly includes a 4.75-inch nominal diameter impeller encased in stainless steel, along with a stainless steel shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the rotating components, which include a bronze wear ring paired with a ceramic, carbon, and EPT mechanical seal. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation, as the pump is self-supported by the system piping. The unit handles temperatures up to 250°F and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump operates with a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
