This close-coupled in-line pump includes aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, which allow for installation in horizontal or vertical piping orientations without external support. The unit uses a 6.35" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing for durability in hydronic systems. A cast iron bracket supports the rotating assembly, while the internal wear ring uses bronze for extended service life. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, permitting operating temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly also includes pressure tappings for monitoring differential readings across the pump casing.
The system is driven by a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
