This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The hydraulic assembly features a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter, with a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and bronze face plate. The internal seal assembly uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F and system pressures of 175 PSI. The pump architecture supports both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, as the casing is built to remain self-supported by the system piping. The unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The motor has a 1 HP rating at 1750 RPM, enclosed in a TEFC housing, and operates on a 115/208-230V/60/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
