This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic construction accommodates a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter, while the structure supports maximum temperatures up to 250°F. Built according to Hydraulic Institute standards, this unit allows for self-supporting horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. It includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings along with companion flanges.
The motor has a 2 HP rating, operating at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, and is powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
