This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The casing and impeller consist of stainless steel, while the bracket is cast iron combined with a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. A mechanical seal, constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation directly within the system piping. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit operates with a 1 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM. This TEFC motor is configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
