This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports to reduce piping strain and allow for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller. The bracket includes a bronze face plate, while the mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Rated for a maximum pressure of 175 PSI, the unit remains self-supporting and includes pressure tappings for differential measurement within the hydronic circuit.
The pump is equipped with a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC motor, powered by 230/460V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
