This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. It is built with a cast iron casing and bracket, while the impeller uses stainless steel. A bronze face plate is paired with the bracket to house the hydraulic assembly. The seal section has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing the unit to handle operating temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, and the 4.75" nominal impeller diameter maintains consistent flow characteristics within the piping.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC premium efficiency model powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
